We supply premium whole-shell mussels to foodservice, retail, seafood distributors and international importers.
Our mussels are lightly cooked in their own natural juices and vacuum packed, preserving their natural flavour and making them one of the closest alternatives to live mussels — without the handling, preparation and storage challenges. They are available chilled or frozen in 500g and 1kg pouches.
Our processing facility is SQF certified, and our farming and procurement practices are A+ Sustainable approved.
