Our primary aim is to produce premium, all natural, lightly cooked seafood which can be eaten straight from the pack or used anywhere live would normally be used. Without additives and full of natural flavour, our mussels and clams provide the presentation and preparation options of fresh, without the dripping, wastage and food safety issues. Both products enjoy a shelf life of 12 months chilled and come from sustainably managed brood stocks.

We also undertake contract processing for industrial customers, aiming to meet their specification on time and to budget. This service includes the delivery of IQF half shell and wholeshell mussels, and mussel meat as well as retort cooked shellfish.
